No, I don't believe that it is. I don't think that it's either good or evil. You can look at it either way, in my opinion. But this is how I see it.

Witchcraft doesn't exist, so it can't be evil or good. It's nothing but fantasy that some people are deluded enough to think it's real. I'm sure the next few comments will be by people who will insist that it is real and is created by Satan -- blah, blah, blah. If people want to believe in nonsense, there's nothing you can do to persuade them it's just nonsnese.

nope. definitely not. it's neutral. it can be used for good things and for bad things. but in itself it is entirely neutral.
