Does mylot help you create other projects to write on?

I visit MyLot to when I am sidetracked or have writers block... I know I want to write and I don't know what to write... I might have an idea that relates to my interests, and then there is another user on the web to discuss with.. Does this site help you to find a more creative flare?What helps you get out of writer's block?

On many occasions since joining Mylot, I have been in the middle of a response and thought, 'Wow, this would make a really good article.' I have then finished the post and logged off to write the article. I've posted the results on Helium and received good rankings, so yes, Mylot definitely helps me with my writing. Another thing I do is keep pads of post it notes in each room. Then, wherever I get an idea, I can write it down immediately, before it slips through my mind. I get most of my ideas just as I'm dropping off to sleep or waking up, so the most important post it pad is on my bedside table. Good luck with your writing, and welcome to Mylot.
