No doubt that bit defender is the no.1 anti virus software comparing any other. but what the prob is, It is not easy to geth this software in full version through the sites like torrents or rapidshare. thats the major problem. Same applies to kaspersky. But there are lot of difference between Bit defender and Kaspersky. Thirdly, you can go for nod 32, which you can get full version. You can choose nod 32, in case if u fail to get Bit defender full version. According to the reviews, in the top 10, 1. Bit Defender 2. Kaspersky 3. Nod 32, like this the list goes on.. I vote for bit defender than any software. but you can select nod 32, if it is hard for you to get full version "Bit defender" software. Nod 32, you can get it easily for free, if u do a search in torrent sites. Good Luck!

I have Bit defender's full version ( actually I have its patch) but its worst of all.Last week I was trying it and everytime it found a virus , it was unable to clean it.And PLEASE dont believe in toptenreviews.com because they are paid by the antivirus companys to keep them on top.Anyways Nod32 is good inspite of its small size. Thanks for responding. Cheers.

Thanks for making my mind to think in another way, too. Yes.. Now I remember, Some trojans will be shown. but it will be never deleted in my system. It shows me a message as "No action is possible". Then immediately i will check on the destination source and to my luck, everytime it will be a unwanted zip file, which is not a program file. so that, i will delete the file every time, so as the problem is also solved. Very rarely i used nod 32 for two times while cleaning my friends PC. As your suggestion, I will try Nod 32. Have a nice time! P.S: I too have a patch for Bit Defender. When I patched, my expiry went till 2047. but dont know whats the problem. everytime it got expired in next 2 or 3 days. even if internet is not available, in a computer. Anyway, not a mojor prob. Just informing you.

Except the NOd32, I have used all of them and all are differing in finding and removing the virus. Of course none of the anti virus software can identify and remove all of the virus and internet threats available increasingly everyday, I feel Norton is some what best among them. But it uses lot of resources of our system and the performance of the computers are reducing when the anti virus software is in scan process or update process. In this Karkepsky will consume less resource when such process are going on.I am not relaying any single anti virus software for my system and I once installed and uninstalled more than 5 anti virus software to find and cure some threats. But I failed and happened to format the system finally to get rid of the virus.

Yeah you cant rely on any single antivirus but I think Norton is doing a pretty good job but it requires to much updates (that really consume my internet bandwidth).Formatting windows is the last option for me because I am having all the important stuff on my drive. Thanks for responding. Cheers.

I have used a couple of anti-virus software's previously and I found all of them nearly the same when you keep on updating them. The best part lies in the performance of the system when the Anti-Virus program is scanning your PC. If your PC is not slowed down during the scan process then it means that it is not using too much of your CPU or RAM. So i feel that this feature is Best found in AVG anti-virus. Well this is my opinion. Hope it will be useful.Good Luck.

I like Kaspersky the best. AVG before has never really detected viruses when I used it and also the same with Avast, Norton doesn't seem to detect some that Kaspersky could. The other two I haven't really tried, seems good too.

Yeah Kaspersky and Norton are both good but it is really difficult to find a valid key of Kaspersky so I am using Norton(securty suite 2009) and it is better than defender and avg. Thanks for responding.
