Hey guys it is really problem most of such sites accept members of USA,Canada, etc. Why it is not available in other countries? Can you tell me such sites which accepts members from any country like Nepal

I know the feeling! I am from an international country as well. It's especially true for sites offering paid surveys and free offers which usually do not accept countries other than US or Canada.
If anyone knows such good websites that do accept international, please let me know as well..
