Manny Pacquiao vs. Miguel Cotto?

In a recent local news interview, the Pacman said that he's willing to go up to 142 lbs. to fight the current WBO Welterweight champion Miguel Cotto. Cotto on the other hand is willing only to go as far as 145lbs. This fight is going to be pretty awesome if it does materialize but if I'm a betting man, Manny is going to demolish Cotto. But like I said it's going to be an interesting fight.
