Paid to Read (PTR)??

Good afternoon my fellow myLotters, I came across a site a little while ago and it has lead me to a quick question for everyone that does PTC sites. Do you do Paid To Read (PTR) sites? Are they legit? What is your opinion on them? I thought I would ask before I signed up for any. Thank you and Happy myLotting!!!
