Toliet Paper

Some people can be so lazy when it comes to changing the toliet rolls in the bathromm! I have been to a number of places where I've seem the toilet paper just sitting on the empty rolIs every where! I have seen empty rolls all over some bathromms,too! I would never do that! As soon as one roll is done,I get a new one one right away and change it! Anyone else?

I am always the one who gets stuck with an emty roll and having to change it in my household's bathrooms. I can't stand it. I also hate when there's no paper in the public restrooms.

I also hate when there is no toliet paper in public bathromms,too! Thanks for the response!

Yes, empty tube goes in the recycling bin and the new one goes on the holder. What I really hate is going into the bathroom to find the roll empty and the seat wet!! It means I've got to remove the empty roll, get a new one out AND wipe the seat before I can do what I went in there for.... a bit of consideration here please!!
