Can I downgrade my paypal account?

The other day I upgraded my paypal account to premier. Little did I know that with a premier account you get a higher percentage of money subtracted from your incoming payments. Now I understand why it is free to upgrade but I really want to know, Can I change back so I dont need to pay as much? thanks.

Ohhh... really? Well, I am also premier but my company transfers my salary for free and I can withdraw my money for free too if it is 7,000 peso up. hmmmm... I tried to check my transactions just awhile ago and I haven't seen any transaction fee. It's 0.00 fee. (thinking) ^^

Oh well people on neobux said that its 2.9% or something like that instead of 2% which is personal so, I'll wait for my payment and then see.

ohh yes. I got it wrong. I read it in fees information on paypal. That was why my company made it free coz the transaction was paypal to paypal. heheheh. Thanks for the info too. ^^ See yah around buddy! ^_^

hummm i think the % depend on how much you spend i think like for an example if you buy somethging at 10$ paypal take like 1% if you buy 100$ they take 2.x i think its something like that i will check later when ill have money on my paypal account lol^^

This is a good question. I always postpone my upgrade to premier because I am not sure whether I can change it back later on. Is there anyone know, can we change back from premier to personal account? Thanks
