hi subhadra, if you have hdfc bank account with netbanking you can create virtual or temporary credit card for as much amount as you want which is valid only for 24 hours. If not used within 24 hours the virtual credit card created becomes invalid and the amount is credited back to your hdfc bank account. For details check the site of hdfc bank. For paypal to be verified they charge $1.95 to the credit card which is later credited to your paypal account. So create a virtual credit card of just $1.95 converted into indian rupees and use it. good luck.
