Internet is a tool and it's up to the people how they use that tool. Internet may spoil a student's time if a young man/lady is left unguarded to explore its crazy world. On the other hand, most school research require internet connection for students to gather valuable information. People say that students should be trained to go the library instead of relying on the internet. Unfortunately, not many societies have good libraries (we don't have a good one back in my province) and internet is the next best thing :)

Hey, Well it all depends on what you actually do on the Internet. If you just sit on the Internet and look at things that aren't really going to actually teach you much, then of course you will be wasting your time on the Internet. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi john7579, Actually there is pro and con of the internet usage. And this is not only for student but for everybody. Internet is where information can be reach fast and free. There spread of news on internet is very fast and beyond boundary. Everybody can access that news as long as they have an internet connection. This is vital for some business. Internet would be bad if you don't spend your time wisely. If you spend most of the time accessing internet and forget about your study then that is a bad thing. Further more if you only do it for fun and not for your study. Its is how you use the internet to determine whether it is good or bad for you. Happy mylotting and have a nice day.
