falsely accused

have you ever been falsely accused of something? if so what was it and how did you get threw it? my boyfriend is being falsely accused of something and we may lose our daughter over it. so we are going to talk to a lawyer monday but not sure what else to do. children services is involved.

The best thing to do is stick by his side and lend him your support and show him you will be there for him..Since he is falsely accused of it. Having others as in family and friends helping you and supporting you helps alot to. Have faith and it will help you through tough times ahead. It might seem to get worse before it gets better but your both stronger then you think and it helps to keep a cool head about it even if you have fireworks going off in your head. I wish you tons of luck to get through this ordeal.

I really wish the best for you guys and hope that everything gets straightened out, so you can get your lives back on track cause something like this has to put you both under tremendous pressure. Will keep all three of you in my prayers..

Here is an update we went today to see the lady from social services at our doctor's office got there at 4:10 and waited til 4:45 and she didn't call or show up so now we wait to see what happens .......maybe they droped it i hope .

Still they should have at least had the decency to call and inform you that they couldn't make it or that it was dropped.

i wish it was simple as money but it isn't .some kids that used to stay the night with daughter got taken away from there mom now they are accusing my boyfriend which my daughter's father of stuff he didn't do and now child services is involved.
