Darn superglue!

Well I feel like an idiot today. Not only did i superglue my fingers together but i managed to superglue the power button on a pc so it wont push anymore. I had to call our sub contractor to ask him if he still had the recycled case that was the same as the one i super glued...i got this snort of laughter when i told him what i did. I think he thinks I'm incompetent.
Have you ever done something like this?

rofl... sorry but i really cant help it, i laughed... 
ehm, i have done that, glued my fingers with a superglue and it took really a long time before i was able to unglue my fingers, the antidote (or something, forgot what it was called, its supposed to unglue) that the superglue came out with, was not in its proper place, so we looked for it a long time. i was almost in tears, i feel like the skin on the other finger will be taken off everytime i try to separate them, i was thinking at that time if i will use a knife and slowly do the separating.
that one on the power button is really funny too. made me wonder what the heck were you doing playing with the superglue...

i glued my eye lids shut 2 times before.. it wasnt superglue but i was using a glue stick with my work and i would not even think about it and rub my eyes and then not be able to open one lol

yeah thank god it wasnt super glue but everyone had fun laughing at me (including myself) over it

That's way too funny. I know people who have done things like that. Thankfully I have never done that. I know someone who did something like that with denture adhesive. LOL Hey, that stuff is almost as good as super glue. LOL It has to be!! So tell me. How did you get your fingers unglued?

I once superglued my eye shut. It was one of the most horrible experiences of my life! I was gluing a foldable hairbrush back together and when I gave it a little bend to see if the glue was going to hold it snapped apart and glue flew into my eye. And what is your first reaction when something hits your eye! You put your hand on it! So my eye was glued shut and my fingers were glued to my eyelid. It was so terrible. I panicked and started to cry, which was a good thing as it seemed to loosen the glue and I was at least able to get my fingers off and my eye open. I had to go to the hospital where they froze my eye and scraped glue off my cornea. I had scratches and a chemical burn on my eyeball, had to wear a patch for a few days even.
