My first 3 months of pregnancy I was sick 24/7. Nothing I did helped at all. People kept telling me to eat saltines, but that didn't help either. I just had to hang in there. Sometimes actually letting myself GET sick would help me feel better for a while.

yeah. i realized when i finally do get to the bathroom and everything is out of my stomach i start feeling a little better. the headaches are whats getting to me bad right now. Did you get sick at all later in your pregnancy? i know when i was pregnant with my daughter i rarely even noticed i was pregnant because i never got sick. my belly just kept getting bigger was it.

Back when I was pregnant I actually did not feel any morning sickness thus as much as I would like to share my experience I am the odd one out. I rarely felt any pain when I was laboring but most fo my friends who had really bad mornign sickness only said to just keep up the pace. Making sure that you remind yourself that it is mind over matter. Your perception over the concern is a big key because if you tend to think you are so sick and it will never get any better then you will feel really really bad unlike if you go for a more positive note to the concern then everything should just be fine.

I have no advice on this one as I didn't have morning sickness with any of my kids, my mom didn't when she carried me either. I would watch your hydration. I worked with a girl who was sick the whole pg and had to be hospitalized a few times because she was so dehydrated from being so sick all the time.
