I was watching Cold case,the weekly show series today and heard a song I absolutely loved! I had heard it last year on Bones also and had searched playlist then and could not find it because i didnt know the artist but i knew what the title might be. well couldnt find it last year and gave up but this time i was determined. so much so that i went through many peoples playlists looking for it. FINALLY, i saw a song called "Collide" on someones playlist by a guy id never heard of before, Howie Day.
i even looked up his bio and pics and added the song to my playlist. you can hear it on my profile here. the reason for my title is I THINK IM IN LOVE!
the thing is I have grandkids this kids age!!

i have heard it because i watch cold case all time but i don't know him i will keep my ears open now.i have heard songs and never could hear who was singing for weeks and then it would happen i would find who it was.

Age doesn't matter when your enjoying something. I don't recall hearing this before, but I will try to check it out on Youtube if they have it or download it with Ares to listen to.

It's interesting that you posted a discussion about this song because I think it's a great one too and I've been trying all day to learn it on a singing site I'm a member of! This guy's very talented and kind of reminds me of James Blunt in some ways. You're admiring him from afar bunnybon, so don't get too concerned about your current infatuation.

i know i shouldnt but i just thought when i saw him singing on youtube hes just so HOT! then i felt ashamed cause i remembered how old iam and how hes same age as my oldest grandchild

We have some sort of licening restrictions here about these playslists on our page but I did try to go in to your profile but I keep getting white blan screen on my computer because of the your plylist and it don't work over here, I am glad you love the song as I don't think I've ever heard it before. im so sorry. i had no idea. well, used to be we could put a playlist on myspace from playlist dot com, if you know what i mean. but now myspace will only allow what they have in their site. which never works right for me. i was so glad that so far mylot allows it. so i moved it here.

I think it's really not perverted. Sometimes I forget I'm not so young anymore and I have crushes on kids half my age. Hehe. I guess it's fine unless you want to do something else. You just really like the music.
As for me, I love Adam Levine.

I have heard of Howie Day before, but I haven't really listened to him. I think at some point in time I heard one of his songs, like the video was on MTV or VH1 or something a couple years ago, but I'm not sure. I do listen to some music that is a bit similar to his but just never got into his music.

I haven't hear his music, but you've made me curious now. Will have to check it out. What I don't understand is why you would think you're a pervert just because you like a song by some one younger? Good music is ageless, so enjoy it. When you think you're too old to enjoy it, then you will be. Just don't let that happen!

Bunnybon, I know exactly what you are talking about, I heard this song a few years back and fell in love with this song. I couldn't tell who sang this sing either and I had told my husband for awhile every time I heard this song how much I liked it and wanted it. So he would listen to the radio all the time while he was at work and one day he finally heard them say the artist so he wrote it down, brought it home and I uploaded it to my music player. I think this guy is a total hottie as well and I wish he would come out with some new songs like this one. I think the lyrics to this songs are just too amazing :)
