I live in a non-English speaking country.Recently i need to improve my writing skill for my dissertation in the near future.Could you give me some suggestions, and recommend some books or materials to me.Thanks a lot!

a pocket book - This is a good book
Read English grammar and literature books.Also read pocketbooks

Thank you very much!I have no problem on reading, i think my problem is just how to exactly express my ideas in english.
