Kotler definite marketing as "the social process by which individuals and groups obtain what they need and want through creating and exchanging products and value with others". That the important thing is to find out what does individuals and groups need and want. So marketing psychology seems important to marketing research. But in fact there is no use.Is there anyone who works in marketing research? Pls give your comment about the use of psychology in marketing research.
