Losing Weight....

I've gain quite a few lbs. in the 2 years and a half that I've been living here in the States... anyone.. could give me any Ideas on how I could lose about 10 lbs in a very short period of time... I'm ussually pretty good and keeping my weight.. Loosing is the problem!

But why you want to loose your weight. Its nice to gain weight. I saw your pic. You seems very attractive and would be more cute and lovely if you will gain more weight. Personally I like gals with extra weights. They are very cute, lovely, loving and caring.

Well I dont feel good with myself.. I used to be pretty fit... (its not because I dont think im pretty.. because I do think i look attractive..) itss just that i feel fat.. i feel full of fat.. and that's not good.. not even healthy. right now, I do not feel confortable with myself

I agree, losing weight fast is not healthy. But, cutting your meals down, not going out to eat (specially fast food), water instead of soft drinks, walking, and dandelion tea (a natural diuretic) for three to four weeks. Everything eaten should not be cold- including fresh veggies and water. When you eat cold food it tells your body that you must conserve energy, which is fat. Best wish's.

Thanks for the advice, I sure will take some of it that I didnt know.. About the fast food.. I hate junk food and fast food , so that's not a problem for me... and I can't cut my meal more than I have.. I eat 2 to 3 times a day tops.. and I dont eat snacks.. but thanks for the advice with the cold food, I didnt know that! =)

you could have an overactive thyroid which can make your weight fluctuate, you might need a blood test to ee if this is the problem, otherwise the gym helps, eating healthy and excersicing, lol and get of the computer!

This kind of question is useless. All people know that simply eating less and excercising is the primary and best way to lose weight. Also, anything that makes you drop 10 pounds really quick is not good for your body. Lose weight the healthy way.

that's exactly why im posting here.. I dont want to loose 10 lbs in an unhealthy way. I do excersice.. but I'm still living on campus.. so I have to deal with On Campus food... which as you know.. it is not really healthy.. sometimes.. i feel like im gaining weight even if I excercise

Well i am sure you look good atleast thats what your pic tells me but yes you would look better with some weight loss, how abut walking 3 kilo meters per day or joining a Gym. Just ensure you work out every day for 30 min atleast and maintain a healthy diet this will definately keep you in shape. And hey beaware there would be alot of guys looking at you. LOL

Hi Ipsanche, I am an Indian and going to suggest you how to lose weight, is based on scientific research. It is not a fun. Please believe on it.....OK First you should also try to visit www.divyayoga.com where you can find lot of informations. You have to do is only "Pranayama" on daily basis. Most effective Pranayama is named "Kapalbhati Pranayama" Please sit straight on chair or at any room, lawn. First you breath deep for 5 to 10 times. I've learned this before. It came from the same teacher that advised against eating anything cold. Excellent suggestion, it does work!

I think you should not do anything which reduces your weight in a short period of time. Better if you start some exercises like Jogging, Walking, Swimming or doing Yoga. Any one of these simple exercises will help you and will not give you any side effects.

If that's a picture of you now with the extra weight, I think you look great. if not, maybe post a picture of yourself. The replies above (about not trying to lose the weight too fast because it's not healthy) is the best way to go.

I play basketball about three times a week with my friends. If I don't play,I always walk (not run)very fast along a river in the evening that day,really fast! That's my way to lose weight and keep fit. I saw your picture, you are pretty, so you needn't worry too much about your weight!

go for dieting do.. not eat those foods that cointains fats.. Alcholic breavages also increase weight considerably.. The other one is that do not take rest or sleep just after u have finished ur lunch or dinner. u can donate u r blood too.. it will save some others life too..
