Is the bux.to scam still going?

I just remembered bux and logged into my account from last year to check it out.. Well you could imagine my surprise.. After being asked my password like 6 times, I could see that I haven't been paid in over a year now. Now don't get me wrong, I mean it's obviously a scam. What I'm wondering is, do you think these guys are in jail or what? Do they get caught? Does anybody know who it is? Why is the site sill up?

Well yes the site is still there and its looks like they are doing well even though members don't get paid as I am still waiting ( now stopped waiting) for my $150. Yes that's a big amount of money, this was the only site I invested in about $35 and they turned up to be scams. In my account it says that my earnings has been sent but I didn't receive it of course. I see people still crazy about the site, I try my best to warn anyone who seems interested in it but its really up to that person if he/she takes my advice or not.
Well I don't think the owners are in jail as there are number of scam sites online and how and who will catch them anyways, looks like there site is successful and still making lots of money from it.
