Working out! A good work out on a tread mill can help relieve stress.It pumps endorphins (hormones that reduce pain and increase feeling of well being) into the system.That will make you feel much better. You can also listen to soothing music.Meditate ( Assuming you don't count that under yoga..LOL)
You can also watch sitcoms on TV. Laughing obviously, helps feel better.
Working out really hard definitely helps.I can tell you from personal experience.
