Would you rather live in a city in the sky, or a city underwater??

If you could live in either a city in the sky or an underwater metropolis, Which would you chose and why?!?!? I think I would like to live in the sky because i love being up high on mountains, sky scrapers and airplanes!!

Can't really decide. I wanted to say sky but then I thought watching underwater life would maybe be more interesting than watching the sky where nothing much happens...
