i try to, because if i don't i'd fall asleep again and won't be able to wake up for another hour or so.

No i cant. I hit the snooze button about 3-4 times before i can get out of bed. I just read a funny joke about that. If you put a mouse trap on top of the alarm, you will only hit the snooze button once! lol

no....i always tend to set my alarm 45 minutes earlier so that i have the time to snooze around. lol...i'm not an early riser.
