How do I post a task?

Hello children, well I must admit I completely suck at navigating my way round my lot and most times I never know how to adjust stuff here. Anyway I've never posted a task before and I haven't got a clue as to how to do that. I tried posting one but I kept getting errors and add this and add that so I got p*ssed off and existed the damn thing.
Anyway can anyone here direct me as to how I can post a task? I have a massive back lock of work and could use some help from you wonderful my lotters but I need a simple guide as to how I can do that? Any help on this would be great. Cheers

You mean the craiglist task from ContractorGuy? well i have the difficulty too.., but after some error post and rejection. I have learn it simple and done well day after day.
I must make sure first, which task do you mean for further..
