That's a problem with those people in politics my friend. They are not consider the benefits of their constituent but they first looking for personal interest. It is sad to know that besides the India, developing country in the world are growing the number of poor or below poverty. Even in the Philippines, corruption also is the problem. We are always a victim here, my friend. That's really the government created their own enemy because of this malpractice of politicians... India has also violating woman's right and privacy. They are not consider women, as equal as the men in terms of profession.

It is totally became like we can not control it. It is beyond our control. One should change oneself. Beginning somewhere. Or there should someone like aparichithudu to come to change the system. Poor are poor. Rich are becoming richer. We can not believe that India is poor country, seeing some corruption officers or politician's earnings.

We get what we deserve. We should fight with ourselves first. as corruption is not a product which came suddenly. it's combination of each person living in our country. we always like to get solution faster, easier, without much trouble, for that if we are asked to give few rupees, none hesitates.

corruption is a global phenomenon. that is a fact. every country has its share of corruption. those who say corruption is the most important factor that is keeping India poor and backward do not know what they are talking about. More than corruption, it is the lack of will to do anything constructive amongst the political leadership, bureaucracy and sections of the government machinery. if these people concerned can take decision at the right time and execute projects, then corruption will cease to be an issue. leadership should have the vision and will to do things. precisely this is what is lacking in India. those who blame corruption for everything are the one who let corruption thrive. if each one of us do our bit to root out corruption, we will see a lot of improvement. in my assessment India is relatively far less corrupt than many western nations or east asian or south east asian countries.

i see. so india has many corrupt government officials. i didn't know that. i guess i could say that we have the same problem here in the philippines. there are really so many corrupt officials here. during elections, you are not choosing between a good and an evil politician. you only have to choose the lesser evil. corruption has kept our country poor and unprogressive. i don't know if we could ever find a solution to it. i've lost hope in our elected officials.
