What's the train like in your country? Do you like travel by train?

I've just experenced a two day's travel on the train, finnally , I got home. I thought at first that the train would not be so crowded and I was actually expecting a comfortable travel with my classmates. However, things were different cause the weather was so hot, the train was so packed and we even had trouble going to the washingroom. While there were some people having no seat at all, you can image how uncomfortable were they under such condition !! I really want to do a social investigation on the train and I really need your opinions( eg. trains in your country and so on)! Thanks a lot!

I like travel by train as long as good condition in train. First, it's not so many people, everyone has one's room; secondly, with a clean and high quality service for passergers; Enjoy the travel, you can imagine when looking landscape, recall your beautiful memory by graceful music...in the train.

I'm sorry but I just take train in the wrong time, the experience is not that a wonderful memory. However, on certain condition, just as what you said, travel by train is plesent and relaxed. I study far away from home and what's more, I came from a great plain to the most montainous region in China, it's such a wonderful memory when I FIRST saw the fantastic landscape in southern China on the train with my family.

In our country we have Philippine National railway, you can ride on it, and you can pay it in a low price, many places you can go through the train, from the places of Metro manila, up to Camarines Sur aand bicol region, they have many improvements that they repair to the train, they have their new model of train with air con and it came from other country.

I never thought that there would be someone reply my discussion so I even did not check the response. Thanks a million for your kind attention. But, I fail to understand the "air con". Is that something realated with high technology?

Well perhaps I can understand your feelings cause I am self a student now and I come and go between my school and family every vacation by train. I study quite far away from hometown so it's convinent and cheap to travel by train. My sheudul is always full so it is the only chance for me to do nothing but sleep on the train.
