Even though most of us are the owner of general websites but we dont need to pay a lot of attention on their management. Just think about the earning websites, specialy those who have lacs of people to pay. Obviously, admin(s) have to work a lot for management of such sites as there are several things to do in a day to maintain the integrity of site. As an example lets take mylot, admins have to perform important tasks daily on time like updating earnings according to the work done by every individual , deleting useless things, answer people's queries , process payouts , manage advertisements, fight hackers, and many more. But still we are so selfish that whenever there is a small problem ,despite of having patience we start creating nonsense. As just from 3 days people are creating here and finally all rumours are removed as earnings are updated now. I know we realy worry little bit as i was also but not much and just think ,can we solve the problem by doing so? Its was realy the thing of discussion but cant we do that in one discussion only? And what about the people claiming that mylot stopped paying. My wise friends, i am nothing in front of you to teach you anything but what you think about it?

Really it's not a childs job to be an admin. The job enhances if you own a forum with Threads: 57,818, Posts: 68,593, Members: 20,400. A really tough job to have a look at new post, manage searching site tool and managing interests of people.
