Wow Dante Stallworth(Not Positive If Thats How You Spell His Name) But Wow The NFL Player Hits And Kills A Pedestrian And He Gets 30 Days And Prison And Only Serves 24 Days. WTF, First Off 30 Days? Come On It MURDER Jeez. A Regullar Person Would Have Got 5 To Life It Depends This Guy Gets 30 Days But Serves 24. Thats Retarded. Its Stupid And Nobody Should Stand For This. That Is Straight Retarded. How Come Michael Vick Didnt Get 24 Days. Thats Just Stupid. What Do You Think About That? That Is Just Retarded.

I don't like it but I think it has to do with him having all that money. The power of money can really make people do stuff. It seems to be a case where former Ted Dibiase used to say when he was The Million Dollar, "Everybody's got a price!!"
Personally, I hope the Browns get rid of him. There must be a way to get him off the team without it hurting them financially. Maybe a buyout situation and have him go somewhere else because I think he'd be a huge distraction for them.

I agree he should have gotten more. I'd still cut him from the Browns no questions asked. If a regular person did it, they would have a much harsher sentence and we wonder why big stars break the law in general.

all famous and rich people get off easy, if it was any of us we would be gone for at least a number of years. in the case of mike vick, i guess a rich famous person finally got what they deserved.

If you are trying to ask if Vick got time because he is black, Stallworth is black too. I find it ricidulous Stallworth got only thirty days, but if someone can find a similar case where the killer is a normal civilian, and they both got 30 days, I'll be fine with it.

Dante Stallworth should of gotton years in prison for committing murder! Twenty-Four days out of 30 days he served! That is ridiculous! I don't know why Stallworth got a light sentence! Whatever the reason, it isn' fair! Michael Vick should been also charged with animal abuse and been in prison longer! For what he did and the little time Vick served for that,I don't get it either! I really don't understand all this except Stallworth jail sentence was a joke!

Michael Vick got more time because he did not comply with the law at first. I guarantee that if he would have complied with the authorities from the start he would have received way less time. Stallworth complied from the beginning, and its not like he did it on purpose. I agree that 30 days is a small punishment but there is a lot more to it. He is suspended indefinitely from the NFL, Roger Godell anounced that recently.
But, if you comply from the start you usually get off a lil easier. It doesnt hurt to have a lil money in your pocket either.

Well I think his punishment was way to easy but he just doesn't get 24 days in prison he his suspended from the NFL indefinitely and I think he has to serve 2 years of house arrest and 8 years of probation

Unfortunatley, this country is powered by greed and sports brings in a lot of money. It's descusting that athletes get away with beating women, rape, manslaughter and murder, but hey, who really cares, as long as they have they're Sunday ticket.
