Are You Stuck To One Type Of Discussion???

What type of discussions do you tend to post the most on myLot?
Most people feel extremely comfortable talking about certain topics so I was wondering if people on here tended to do the following and most discussions mostly on a certain topic?
I know for me I normally post discussions on things that either relate mostly to me – like life experiences, things I’ve noticed/witnesses, or things I have been asked recently or learned about in schools, news, etc. I feel like if you have experience in a field you are more apt to talk about it and start discussions about it.

Umm...
Well I wouldn't particulary say that I'm totally addicted to one type of topic and I wouldn't start or reply to any discussion in that topic. I like to have a variety. However, I would never start a discussion in cars or politics, as that is totally not interesting to me.
However I do like this topic alot, mylot.com =)

For me I absolutely love politics but it seems like on mylot a lot of people talk about a lot of things they don't have facts to prove and its all heresay and then they get so caught up in it they just want to bicker instead of having a real discussion so its only every once in awhile that I will venture out onto those boards. Its a shame its that way - but sometimes its the way it is. But yes I do agree if you aren't interested in a topic it really is hard to make a decent quality reply to the subject.

No, never just one certain topic. It is so much more interesting to read them all. I guess we all have favorite subjects but there is such a wide range to choose from. Thats what makes it really great because there is something for everyone. @xfahctor (14113)

The vast majority of my time here is spent in the politics section. I have been trying lately to be active in other areas though. I have found that the last several months my earnings have suffered because I have been limiting myself to one area. So I have revisited other interest areas of mine lately.

Hi there Another X Identity!
I start and respond to discussions about different interests or topics. I start topics from the last updated interests to revive them and for other mylotters to notice them and maybe add them as their interest too. I also respond to different kinds or topics of discussions because most of the time, I post response to those discussions who doesn't have any yet so that they won't go to waste so I always find myself responding to different topics of discussion. I think it's good since you won't get tired repeating and repeating what you have just posted or something similar to it.

Hi, I like to comment on poetry, politics, life situations, but I try to stay away from the filthy topics. I know, what seems filthy to one person may not be filthy to another. I like the variety of subjects at mylot. Have a good day.

I have noticed that there are some topics on here that I believe are called filthy and I can't believe that people don't mind talking about their "personal lives" on the net. It just seems that some things need to stay more private or at least in conversations with people that you know really well instead of strangers. But I guess some people want to talk about them but aren't comfortable when faced with people so they hide behind a screen.

I would have to say the same thing. I usually only respond to things I can relate to and i ill try to look for something that talks about up to date things. Now usually posts that don't really ask anything i tend to stay away from those since you can respond to anything. Though i am new here I am so far enjoying myself and I hope I can respond to more posts in the near future.

I hope you enjoy your time here and I'm glad you have the right mindset. It is always better to reply to topics that you know something about instead of just replying to random topics with 1-2 lines to increase your earnings when in reality you really aren't going to get much from it.
Good luck on your earnings!
