Huge Question about direct referrals

Ok, I was looking at my referrals. Well I just bought 3 because I want to try it out before I invest a lot of money. But as for my direct referrals, I know that you don't collect from your direct til you hit both 30 days at the site and clicked 100 clicks. Ok this is where the question comes in at. Will I collect from my direct referrals that I have now when I reach that milestone or will it be as if I did not refer them? I was thinking that because I referred my sister on the 3rd day of me being a member, Now that I am only about 15 days away and a little less then 15 clicks away I was wondering if she still counts as my referral and if I will start getting paid after I reach the milestone.
