If you feel this person is doing this to you, and you want to know for sure. Ask him straight out, thing is just don't hear what he says, what the body language, is it different than what is his normal? Communication is what you need. Make sure what you feel is actually happening, could be that your reading something into it, instead of seeing things for what they are. Make sure of what you see first.
