This is a question that goes out to all animal lovers,for people who own pets and for those who don't as well.
For people who own pets- Do you dress your pets up in clothes? Perhaps for fun? 
For people who don't own pets- What do you think when you see pets that have been decked up in clothes,jewelery and accessories?
Well, sometimes I find it cute.But sometimes people can go over the top and it gets so weird then.
Please feel free to share your opinions. Thanks!

I would get one wardrobe for you anytime than my pet. I don't have a pet, but a virtual one though on Facebook, so I'll perhaps get it a wardrobe, LMAO...

Alright2x..I shall revise what I said. It is unique to provide a wardrobe for pets. Could be lovely and the pets could take time to choose which clothes they wanna wear for the day. Oh yes and matching shoes too..

Since you don't have a real pet right now, you can buy me my new wardrobe. I can't break your heart. Go on I will be waiting for my new clothes!
Oh and what do you mean if you had a pet you would let them choose their clothes and also buy them matching shoes.
Do you like the glare I give you? Looks like you do. Wait for it.....
What about accessories! Hair clips and bows, anklets and perhaps even tiaras!

Mannnn..and the list goes on, huh.. LOL..
I suppose the only thing I would enjoy doing to my pet is to shower it. That's easy, open up a light tap, wash it, shampoo or soap a bit and TOWEL it.. ha..
So I shall need a new towel pet. All pinkish for the girl pet and blue for the boy pet. Now, you wouldn't want me to 'shower' you though, that's if you are my pet.. LOL..

Hey cbeee3! I think that it's adorable to dress pets up in
all kinds of clothing! And if I could afford it my kittys
would be the best dressed cats around! They would have the
coolest clothes ever even if they didn't want to wear them!
But, I can't afford to buy the anything so I kind of once in
awhile make up stuff to put on them! I did buy them a collar
that had a handkerchief thingy on it! They looked so cool!
And I bought them both patent leather collars for their
dressy wear! I buy them different collars to change off into!
But, the clothes are just too expensive and they mostly make
them for dogs! I don't see cat clothes! It's true! I go into
the pet stores and I don't see any clothes for kittys, only
doggies! What's up with that? I actually complained to PETCO!

Awww Opal! That is so cute. I am sure you love your precious kittys a lot.
*Hugs*. That is unfair huh, that they have clothes for dogs and not kittys.
But Opal if you do dress them up, please promise me 2 things.
1- You will upload their picture on myLot. I would love to see them :)
2- You will not make them wear weird wigs! I have seen some cats with wigs and I pity them. They looked so horrible. I am sure if they looked at their reflections they would get scared!

oh yes. my coco is so cute in little clothes but shes so hard to get to keep them on long enough for a pic. she looks quite a bit like that little dog in the pic.

I think it's cute, myself! I don't dress up my dog like this, though, because money is tight at my house and I have to be careful of what I spend. I have seen people put coats and sweaters on their dogs in the winter. I used to have a sister-in-law (she and my brother have been divorced a long time) that used to sew all the time and she had a little poodle. She made a sweater for him and I thought it was so cute! Also, one of the sitters who sat with my mother when she was living (she had alzheimer's) said her daughters used to like to dress up their dogs. They would make their picture after they dressed them up. She said some were funny and some were cute! Kathy.

Hi Kathy, that you so much for your response and sharing what you did with us myLotters.
Dressing pets does sound fun doesn't it! I don't have pets myself
Have people at home with allergies.
I am sure the doggies would look so cute in their dresses and sweaters.
Like I mentioned in my previous comment, I think its cute.But there is a limit to everything. Overdoing even the dressing bit gets so scary at times. Like the wigs. Wigs on animals is bad!

Hi cbeee....I don't personally have a wardrobe for my dog but I have a sister that has a little poodle and she dresses her for every occassion.
They are die gard Steeler fans and she even has a outfit that she wears during the times they played in the super bowl...LOL
WShe has even got boots for her feet so when she goes outside in the winter her feet don't get cold.
Thats her baby so I guess she can do what she likes.

My doggies are too big for all the cute clothes they sell. They discriminate against the big dogs!!! I do have a bowtie for my beagle. And my other 2 dogs have red sweaters I bought for them a few years ago at Old Navy. Great for winter. I also have kitties, and as you can see by my profile pic, they have been known to dress up. LOL! My daughter decided to put a tiara on our male cat. He was a bit annoyed, but I did get a photo out of it. I have seen some adorable costumes on dogs for Halloween, but I really can't see dressing them up everyday. I do know some people who do though!

i love dressing up my dog, but she hates it, she will not budge if she has ANYTHING on her body, not even her harness, she hates it, it's fun to me just to see the look on her face, she gives the saddest look. so needless to say, she dont wear clothes at all.
