ASFA personal trainers certification...is it legit????

Has anyone gotten there personal training certification through ASFA (American sports and fitness Assoc.)? I am considering getting my certification through them because you dont have to pay unless you pass and you can take the test online from home. As great as that sounds I am worried its not legit or that no gym or insurence company will accept it. I have looked online to see if it is a nationally accredited certification but I cant figure out how to tell. Help mylotters....does anyone know anything about this organization???
