I go to bed at 10 and I slep at 2, 3

What can I do? People said that I have too much energy. How can I enjoy my night sleep

Do you go to bed the same time every night? Do you exercise before going to bed? Going to bed the same time every night will help you develop a sleep pattern. Also, when you are already in bed, do not thing of anything except to sleep. Some people find it hard to sleep because they think a lot even in bed. Avoid it, if you can. Exercising at night will cause you to to alert and energetic. Thus, if you do, you will find it difficult to sleep. Taking sleeping pills may be good for some people but it may be best if you can see a doctor before you embark on taking any medication for your sleep problem. Finally, banana is a natural sleep helping fruit. It is actually the pottasium that will help you sleep but then, do not eat your banana 2 hours before you sleep. It may help however to eat banana during the day.

thanks for your advice. I ussualy go to bed at 2 pm, and I fall asleep at 3pm. I make a lot of exercise after 7, I run 3 miles, and I lift heights. All after 7. So you think this is a problem:D. K I will do earlier:D. Thanks for your comment

i have the same from stress, valerian root helps me... after about 30 minutes from the time i take it i can fall asleep with no problem..
