How many of you out there drink tea? Green, black? And who can drink it straight? i.e. "black tea" or pure tea without any sugar or milk or anything other than water... I drink pure tea water. I try all different sorts the best one I have tasted SO far is lipton black pearl it comes in a pyramid shape bag :) There's alot of benefit to drinking tea and you should !! Also, in moderation, dark chocolate, 60% Cocoa or higher such as HERshey's extra dark. and ofcourse, eat lots of pomegranates!

I do drink my tea straight just like my whisky and when sick I drink them together...lol... I love all types of tea and must say that sometimes a good herbal one is all you need.

True. the herbal teas are great also, but I think the straight tea has the best anti-oxidant content per volume.

I think that might matter on which tea your drinking though. Hibiscus has a very high amount of antioxidants as well as vitamin c. Though for me it's more of a comfort thing then a health issue. I grew up in a house of tea drinkers so if I am having a rough day or do not feel well I turn to a good cup of tea.

i like tea but i only drink it when its really cold outside in the winter. it makes me too hot during the summer. my favourites are vanilla and cammomile and other vanilla type teas.

I've never tried vanilla tea but it sounds great. cammomile tea is a good relaxer but i need about 5 bags of that... and i don't like the scent/taste all that much.

Well, I drink both black and green tea. I do drink pure black tea without any milk or sugar too. I like the unsweetened taste of black tea too. However, my husband will usually drink it with milk.

I live in China so you know there so many kinds of tea.every kind of tea has it special taste, also China's tea has a long history.and some people can tell what kind of it when they just taste.some times i think i will become the one like that, but that was so hard.so now i can just drink it and enjoy it.also at that time i often listin some light music,it is a wonderful thing.

Tea is just about all I drink. Hot black tea, Iced Green Tea with a little bit of organic sugar in my hot tea. My ice tea is unsweetened always. I love tea!

I love tea. I feel that my whole body is cleansed whenever I drink tea. I just had to be careful choosing the flavor because the last time I bought tea, it had jasmine flavor and the fragrance has become an obstruction for me to drink it. I would rather have plain than with flavor .

I love to drink to just in general. It's such a comforting drink to have when you just need something to warm up with. And the great thing is that you get so many fluids by drinking tea cause you can just drink cup after cup after cup. Haha. I like to drink my tea with lots of milk and sugar. I guess i don't have the same enjoyment that i would by having the fun taste of the tea but i don't really mind.

Very good but be careful as true natural tea has caffiene in it and also flouride which could cause more harm than good
