Hi I am need of calling services with lowest possible rates to call Mobiles in India. I am already aware of skype but that is too costly and I wanted more cheaper rates than skype.

Try smslisto. Its very cheap especially on landlines.
all you need is. send an email, telling them you will transfer money to them, and want an account. transfer to a minimum amount of money ($30 UK pounds) to the account given. download the software from their website. and call.
