My cats had a problem with stool, they were often constipated. I was getting wheat grass, the one you put in the water fountain so it grows, they loved it, but it wasn't enough for them. I bought them psyllium husk fiber, that helped, but I wanted something more natural for them. So I bought a roll of whet grass in the health store, they loved it, but in a few weeks it died. It took me a few days to find time to go back to that store and get it for them. When I got more grass, I placed it next to their food. I took a little bit of grass and brought it to one of my sleeping cats. I held it next to his nose, he woke up with wide opened eyes and gave a loud meow. I pulled back the grass and he followed my hand, I lead him to the patch of grass and there was something I loved seeing... He gave a loud cry and ran for the grass. He ate it so hungryly I couldn't help but to smile. The other two cats heard the meowing and came over to see what was going on. Once they saw the grass they ran to it and started eating. Now I plant wheat grass for them myself, so they always have it.
Ever since I started giving them grass they got even healthier and no longer had a problem with constipation. They love their wheat grass so much that they guard it whenever someone gets near it. At first they were trying to catch water with their paws when I tried to water it. Nothing was allowed to touch their grass. I use wheat grass in some dishes that I make for myself as it is very healthy for people too, they watch me very carefully when I cut the grass, but they let me do it.
I would highly recommend getting wheat grass for everyone who keeps their cats indoors, they can find grass outside and eat it, but if they are always at home, they can't.

Providing your indoor cats with grass can be very beneficial. It really helps with their digestive system. As well as grass, one of mine loves to eat fresh mint. He will roll over in it and chew the leaves. He smells lovely afterwards.

Hello! Some time ago I bought a plant called cat grass (I think
). It had tall stems of grass when it grew as I only bought the seeds planted in a pot. Then after filling it with water for some days it grew up and was a nice plant too. But unfortunately my cat only went sniffing and did not eat any of it.
I tried cutting some pieces and giving them to him but it seems he did not like it or its smell. When he wants he is very picky because then he comes sniffing on my food to see what it is.. well he only eats few different foods and he seems to like a sort of sweets that is very sugary. He goes mad whenever I'm eating them and so I hide them in the cupboard but when I open it he comes running. I only gave him small bits of it as I know sweets are not good for pets.

Hm... sweets... i thought cats don't taste sweet... is there any other flavour to this sweets? my cats were born in a wild so they are used to eating plants... but some plants are actually poisonous for them, onion being one of them. When i planted onion for myself they got to it and urinated on it... I think cats love catnip and valerian root, it makes them hiper... when i was drinking catnip tea they were going crazy trying to get to it lol... some plants they only eat if it's growing, but not if it's cut down. i found it when i gave them broccoli sprouts. they ate them when it was growing in the box, but once i cut them down and put on their plate them don't touch it...

No my cat never lived outside. I don't know how to explain these sweets as they don't have a specific name. They can be bought by grams as well and now come packaged in a plastic box here. They are all sugary like marshmallows but harder and smaller.

He prefers the fresh spearmint to the cat mint though.
