Hi mylotters... I am not active this past few weeks, because of school and other things.. I usually get rattled so easily, when assignments pile up or tests looms ahead I freak out to the point that I can't breathe. I like my homeworks / activities to be always perfect, so often that i get nervous, confused when I am rushing on doing these things. It's not like I don't prepare for these activites though.Are there any easy easy I can de-stress?

I used to do some of my homework outside in a lawn chair with some iced tea to calm me, as I used to get rattled also. We were given way too much homework back when I went to school, and I would be up very late. Try to vary your surroundings, it might help.
