Is a good advice? We must know very well our enemies to know to protect ourselfs? If we keep an eye to our enemies do you think that we can know all time how they want attack us? Or must just let our enemies far, in our back and never try to be close with them? What you understand when you read this phrase?

see i believe the other way around i keep my enemies close and my friends even closer because i found out a long time ago that friends will stab you in the back faster than your enemies because you don't expect them to , so i keep my friends even closer for that reason, see i don't trust any one at all because that way i expect everything and don't get hurt that way.

Thats true, you have to get close to your friend but closer to your enemy, try to know every little things like his schedule, or his house, its like spying him so you know when or where or how you will attack him, make some strategy and try to have some allibai. In that case you can take advantage in his busy moments.

Sorry, I do not concur with this phrase. The biggest enemy is yourself. Maybe your friend does not like you or you may intend harm, but they are not the enemy. All that happens if you do not immediately change some introspection and personality which is not fun. Result comes as no reason. There are reasons, there are consequences. Friends are important to me.
