I am having trouble getting my yahoo pingbox on my website to work! Help?

I have a website that I have installed a yahoo pingbox on, and it will not show me as online, or allow anyone to type in it. I have tried every single thing listed in the yahoo FAQ, and even tried yahoo answers. Can any of you possibly help me??
