Hi Guys, I'm overweight and need to shed some pounds. I tend to start jogging and then stop. Could really do with some 'virtual' moral support. Perhaps we could do a virtual training group??!!! We could all report back here and share our training experiences, and help vibe eachother. For eg I would really like to have some 'virtual' jogging partners, we could help to inspire eachother...what do you reckon??? Take care.

Hi there! So glad you got in touch.Brilliant. I'm looking forward to starting with you. I think the best thing for toning up the body is definitely jogging.I'm going to send you a friend invite too, so please accept. Ok, so you want to start in August, could you give me a date please? Also how many kgs would you like to loose? Have you jogged before? Take care

Hello friend, The best and most effective way to do it is to walk briskly for at least 30 minutes a day REGULARLY, WITHOUT FAIL. If you can stretch it to an hour it will be great. Then, cut down on the sweets intake and make sure you drink a glass of water daily after squeezing half a lemon into it, without any salt or sugar. You should do fine in a month. All the best

First things first would be to change your diet a bit. Start eating more organic foods such as fruits, vegetables. Try to limit the amount of out to eat food you get since most of it is process or fried. Limit the amount of sugary drinks you have, cut back on sodas and just start drinking water. Start doing some cardiovascular exercises such as running, walking, swimming, riding a bike, pretty much anything that gets your heart rate going quick. Also doing little things such as pushups situps, lunges, squats, even lifting some weights can give you many benefits and help your body burn more calories since you will be gaining more muscle mass. Also dont get disappointed if you dont see results in lets say 2 weeks. You probably wont see any results until a month has passed and then if you continue to do this then after about 3 months you should really start feeling and seeing results. Not only will you have lost fat off your body but you will have gotten more muscle mass, and muscle tone which will make your body look great. Just remember without a good diet you cannot really get anywhere so that is the first place to start off slow and please dont starve yourself as you just gonna slow your metabolism and you body will just go into "survival mode" and start storing more fat.

hi kalily!! the key is discipline to meet your goal. the simple formula is, diet (less or no carbs, calories and unhealty fats) + 20-30mins light cardio-exercise..i sure this will work for you, keep tracking your stats. every week..have a nice day!!
