I wanna know how many people do some cheats on the Pet Society in order to earn more Paw points and coins.

There isn't a cheat. Pet society is very strict about that.
But to earn more points and coins, you can post a friend request in the pet society forum asking any other players to add you in facebook so your pet will have more neighbours. Visit your neighbours every day and earn more points and coins.
