The Banana Tree: And they are going down!

It's been four days now that I have been monitoring the banana tree at our backyard. The fruits are already visible from its heart and its covers are slowly peeling off. The neighbor put a stick to hold the fruits from going down and to prevent the tree from leaning more. Would you think the stick will support the tree for a longer time or until the fruits get ripe? Or should I wrap it with rope? What do you think?

After seeing the picture my friend,i can say the tree needs more support,u can put another pole from the back of the tree itself where u can tie the rope around it's bark, then, the pole can hold the weight of the tree to prevent it from falling.
wish this could help you.=)

Hi Neil,
I think you should wrap it with rope but not too tight as you have to give them room to breathe, just for more support I think its a good idea, good luck.Hugs.
