Did you know about the six degrees of separation? / myLot

If so please give me informations of what you know about it. And I'd be reading and learning more about it and give knowledge to those that doesn't know it. Trust me you're not the only one, first time tonight I've heard of it. Also, did you know that "A Facebook platform application named “Six Degrees", which calculates the degrees of separation between different people"? -- When I read this I went on facebook and guess what I noticed? On the front page when you go on facebook, you'll see people being connected right? I counted it and it is 6 Degrees. *Omg I hope I don't get stuck on this like Jim Carrey on the movie 23!

I believe in the six degrees of seperation, its just that most people don't come across the people connected but sometimes through life you do meet up with a few people that somewhere along the line knows someone you do but with the internet and sites like facebook it is really bringing it to light...
