I think that is a new folder virus and this can be removed with any strong anti virus which is updated. Let me know if this works.

I usually use Kaspersky antivirus for virus and trojan cleaning. You can try to use it. Or you also can use AVG antivirus. But please make sure you have the latest update of the virus definitions. I hope this answer can helpful for your problem. Happy mylotting.
