When was the last time you checked.......?

i HAVE A BAGLESS VACCUM SO I CAN SEE THE GUNK W/OUT ANY TROUBLE. aAs for the oil change i need to check my sticker, thanks for reminding me, lol. I MAKE ME NOTES ALL THE TIME OF THINGS I'M SUPPOSE TO DO SO I WANT FORGET. aN ELDERLY FRIEND ASK ME IF I WOULD START CALLING HER ON THE WEEKENDS TO MAKE SURE SHE WAS O.K. SO I HAVE ME A NOTE STUCK HERE ON THE COMPUTER TO REMIND ME. oLD AGE IS WONDERFUL.

I do like the oil change place where I go puts a reminder sticker on the windshield. Otherwise, I would forget when it was due. Probably would do nothing until the oil change light came on. That happens and I am a basket case..lol I'm not as thorough as I should be and know it. What makes sense is to make a master list of things that need to be done to the car, etc. and follow it closely. Put dates and any other details. I think most of us are guilty about not getting regular maintenance done on our cars on a timely basis. I don't think about my car until I get in it and start to drive.

Lol well I have a Bagless Vacumn so I do it regular lol But I have passed some Tests I was suppose to go for lol, not on Purpose though, I was so ill I fell asleep, and of course the Hospital is half an hour away so I would never had made it, my Consultant was pretty good about it lol

I always forget to check that stuff too. I change the vacuum bag when it stops picking stuff up. I change the oil in my car once a year maybe. I'm pretty lazy when it comes to that stuff. I don't even clean my temporary internet files or do a virus or spyware scan on my computer until it starts running too slow and freezing up!

Hey jill! It's funny that you mentioned the vacumn bag! My boyfriend was vacumning the other day and he mentioned that he thought the bag was full! I know that when I'm vacumning I know when it's full because it stops picking up the dirt! But, as for other things they aren't as easy to tell! I don't have a car so that's one less thing for me to have to worry about checking on! But, I do know what you mean! There are plenty of other things that I forget about checking on, like tests I have to go for! If I don't write things down, I just never would know what I'm supposed to do! Then, I have to remember to look at my schedule or notes! I'm getting a little better about it!

I'm rubbish at anything to do with cars. Right now, my son has mine and it is at rhe garage getting new brake shoes etc and something else that I cannot remember. Usually the children do it for me when they come and go through it as I do not hear any different sounds that they immediately notice. I'm total rubbish. I rely on the attendants at the serice stations to check oil and stuff for me. I expect just to get into a car and press the gas and it will go. didn't even notice that my front tyres are thread bare. That has to change tomorrow.

i would never remember till my vaccuum stopped working well lol.. i got a canister one now that is clear so i catch on quicker now lol
