Are there any magical ways one can be happy even if your day has started to go wrong the moment you wake up? Sometimes there are really these days that it seems you feel sad and has this feeling of melancholy. You also tend to remember past things that gave gone wrong and you try to get out of that mood. Whenever I feel this way, i try to think positive and pray. I also have to be with friends who can help cheer me up or do things that i truly enjoy. have you got more ways to tell? Please do. Thanks.

Yes i believe a hug from someone you love can really help make you feel good inside. It is a nice feeling that someone cares.

I try to be funny and put a smile on my face. Eventually, smile becomes real and people around me are having a good time that I don't have any other choice but feel good too. :)

magical....I don't know if it's actually magic....I play music, I start in the mood I'm in and it eventually changes until I get something that's fun to sing and dance to and then I sing and dance....

I believe in positive thinking too, so when I start a day on a bad note, I try to be ok with it and everything changes, at least how I react to bad moments does. It is also great to have good friends you can talk to and relay on for a pep talk or anything else. I once keep a journal of affirmations, I need to start another one, mental health is as important as physical health, maybe even more.

Everyone was wrong. Berjanjilah on yourself for not doing the same mistake. Everyone was sad and disappointed. Believe that the sadness will only increase the problem. No one can go back to the past. Everyone runs to the future. Plan the future with a cheerful and useful. Happy nice day...

Talk to your friends or to anyone whom you feel comfortable talking to. That's what I do sometimes. But most of the times I jsut grab my favorite book and read, or watch some dvds to shake the feeling off. It helps me a lot.
