Push it to the Limit

I remember hearing someone tell the story of when a runner broke the record for the fastest time for a mile. I believe it was 4 minutes if I'm not mistaken. Anyways, as soon as this guy broke the record, people were doing the exact same thing all over the U.S., even though it was said to be impossible. By breaking the physical record for the mile, the runner also broke the mental limit that other runners had subconsciously put upon themselves. Do you think this still happens today? Are we running as fast, jumping as high, or using our brains as much as we could?

you see i can say one thing when you have the desire or when you are in big trouble the rate of release of some harmones in your body gets increased its like you gotta do it or u ll die so u ll do it for sure may be he did the same thing by releasing them in order to reach his victory
