For me, I always have a bag of milk or a bag of soybean milk, which is very nutritive. What's more, I will have two steamed stuffed buns, I love them, it is really very delicious. Thinking of it, I even feel hungry now. Sometimes I will eat some bread or noodles.

I am lucky that my family loves pacakes, so all i need to make sure is that i don repeat the very same pancake mix two consecutive days. I keep checking in the net for variety pancake recipes. Here is one such site that I mostly frequent - http://www.ifood.tv/network/pancake_recipes/recipes I have tried a good number they have there and I am still to try a lot more i guess. But i like the recipes for the fact they are simple and tasty also. Well, with pancakes, i also serve some fruit juices, may be with or without milk, so that my family do not lose on the most wanted energy for the day :)

It depends on if I wake up hungry or not. If i have time i make an egg over easy with buttered toast and coffee or soy milk, or sometimes pb toast, or mini wheats, or oatmeal or pancakes or french toast, whew, It also depends on what i have in the house. Sometimes i make scones or muffins.

i am usually in a rush in the morning, so i usually only have a bowl of cold cereal (hot oatmeal in the winter) and out the door. on saturdays, we will take time and make a bigger breakfast like french toast or bacon and eggs.

I usually eat bagels in the morning with some sort of fruit. I will on occasion have cereal but not very often. I dont have time to make a large breakfast for myself so I eat light but I do try to eat something.

i am satisfied with a good cup of coffee, bread butter and jam. Sometimes i crave for deli or pancakes. But for a sumptous breakfast meal, we have rice, fried eggs and fried marinated meat like tapa, tocino or longaniza and cornedbeef.

I have never ever heard of a bag of milk. That is very interesting i must say because here in American here we just call it milk and its a milk jug i guess you can say. We also do have different types of milk of course and just to say a bag of milk to me is very funny. Now onto the breakfast i usually just eat a bowl of cereal and that's about it unless its Sunday and everyone is home i might cook up a big breakfast and have brunch.

I am very careful with My Breakfast menu. For me, Breakfast is the MOST important meal of the day and I ensure that my family gets their Complete Vitamins and Minerals with this One Meal. Though Idly and Vada do regularly make it to the menu. I also do add variety to this by rotating between Dosa, Roti, Rice Items consistently. But the most important item in my menu, is definitely One Fruit, if not Two. Without Fruit, my Breakfast is incomplete. even if I am on a Fast, Fruits is something I do not miss. It could be any kind of fruit, but a fruit is a must. I also regularly do include Raw Vegetables as a Salad to go with my Breakfast.
