Will you join me in this challenge of getting more exercise?

I am throwing this challenge out to any and all that are willing to accept the challenge. I need to get more exercise and I hoped all of you might want to join me and encourage me and me encourage you. I am going to try to wear my pedometer and see how many steps I can get in a day and if I forget to put it on, I'll try to count how many minutes I have exercised. Iknow we need to work up to 30 minutes of exercise a day or 10,000 steps a day. Will you join me and it always makes it so much easier when we aren't doing it by ourselves. so I will try to post every day how many steps or minutes or combination I have done and I hope you will do the same. Wow, this is a great idea! I have a hard time getting enough exercise when we are working. My husband and I drive a truck for a living and are on the road for about a month at a time and then home for a week or so. It is really hard to get enough exercise out here! I have a Nintendo Wii in the truck though, and have the Wii Fit, Active, and Gold's Gym Cardio workout that I use every chance I get. I also downloaded and installed a pedometer on my iPhone that I use to keep up with how much I have walked that day. There is also an ap that allows you to track your exercise, daily dietary intakes, bp, weight, bmi, and quite a bit more for the iPhone that is really handy. I will look for your discussions when I get online and try to encourage you as much as possible. Way to go!

Very nice challenge, i walk everyday to my office return about 600m..quite enough to make my body health and keep away from obesity
