well google first confronted Microsoft with their Chrome web browser, and now they are facing off with plans for a new operating system. chrome was not a big success, but did bring attention to Google. do you think google OS will be succeeding microsoft's windows? or does microsoft have a solid grip on the consumer? it will be difficult to say with promises of a better OS (Windows 7) from Microsoft coming out later the year. http://googleblog.blogspot.com/2009/07/introducing-google-chrome-os.html
