how long can you hold your breath in the water?

heheheh!i cant hold my breath for an hour!or 1 minute!maybe seconds will do..before when i was in high school we have our swimming lesson ... and i can hold my breath in 1 minute now that im married its seldom for me to go swimming cause of the busy days..but still i know how to swim!lol!

I can't even hold my breath for a minute. It would just take me about 15 to 20 seconds to hold my breath.
